The traceability report makes it easy to track a lot, which has been withdrawn or which is problematic in one or the other way.
In this report, you can see to whom you sold the lot, which production the lot may have been part of, and which lots are a result of this production.
- Click Reports in the top menu and select the report Traceability in the bottom of the drop-down menu.
- Enter the lot number of the problematic lot. Click Apply.
- In the different tabs in the report, you can now see which lots and which sales risk to be affected by the problematic lot.
The individual tabs in the table shows the following:
|Upstream Chain||Shows you which lots constitutes the problematic lot and the inbound orders their came with.|
|Lots at Risk||Shows you all the lots that constitutes the lot or that the lot is part of.
It also shows all the lots that share ingredients with the problematic lot, and the lots where the ingredients come from the same lot as the ingredients in the problematic lot.
|Sold To||Shows you which customers you sold the lot to and on which orders.|
|Sales at Risk||Shows you all the sales that imply lots at risk, i.e. sales of lots that share ingredients with the problematic lot.|
