Production order

In order to process or pack goods from your inventory, you create a production order. You can choose to produce using the recipe function. See below.

If you wish to make a production directly from a purchase or produce directly for sales, you can use direct shipping.

In your company settings you can set some default settings for your orders.

To view your production orders, click Production in the top menu and select Orders.

Create production order

  1. To create a production order, click the button Create production order in the upper right corner.
  2. Fill in the order details: producer, location and order date. If the producer is already a partner, you can type part of the name and select it from the list. Or you can click Add and add the producer as a partner.
  3. If there is already a location for the producer, it will automatically be selected. If there are more locations, pick the correct one.
  4. When you save your order details, you will get to delivery details. Fill in forwarder, recipient and delivery date.
  5. When your order is created, you will view your order. You can switch between viewing the order details and delivery details in the blue window.

  11. Click Select lots for delivery to control the selected lots.

  13. Click Go to orderor you can choose to print a picking list or a delivery note before).
  14. When the production is finished and you have received it, click Receive finished goods in the upper right corner.

NB! It is important that the production order has the status Draft until you finished adjusting the quantities of the production order. When the status of the order is changed from Draft to Order, you can no longer change the quantities.
